Our business is growing rapidly, and we need a skilled Business Developer to acquire and manage new client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, as well as skills related to strategic analysis and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals. We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan. Travel throughout the United Arab Emirates is required for this position.



Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s operations.

Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.

Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.

Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients.

Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.

Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news.



Bachelor’s degree and relevant work experience in related field.

Demonstrated achievement in B2B sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software.

Basic understanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matter expert on the job.

Innovation and problem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and propose equipment-based solutions for clients.


We are seeking a creative Web Developer that can work with our product development team to achieve our business’ digital goals. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of content management platforms, and an ability to translate our business needs into client-friendly functions that will expand our website’s influence in our industry. The Web Developer will be responsible for updating our current online applications, as well as developing and implementing a usability testing process to insure that new website applications meet our company’s requirements. The role is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites, from layout to function and according to a stakeholders and management specifications. Continuously strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly and responsive design and clear navigation.

We are seeking a creative Multimedia Designer with experience in print, digital and motion media. We’re looking for someone who can take direction from written or spoken ideas and convert them seamlessly into images, layouts and other designs. The successful candidate should have an intimate understanding of how marketing campaigns work, especially in the online sector, to support our clients and customers. We work in a fast-paced environment. Applicants with experience leading creative teams and designing with other professionals will be given prime consideration.

Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing or related discipline.

Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation.

Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript.

5+ years in professional commercial design, preferably with a marketing or creative agency.

Experience working with WordPress templates.

Adaptive design eye and skill.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.
